Is your company licensed?
Yes. Precision Home Inspection Services is provincially licensed, and we are a member of the two largest Home Inspection Associations in North America. (Cahpi & InterNachi). We also carry a Surety Bond along with Errors and Ommission Insurance.
How do I know you will inspect the same items as other Home Inspectors?
Precision Home Inspection Services follows Provincial Standards of Practice for Home Inspections.
How long does a home inspection take?
A typical inspection should take 2 to 3 hours to complete.
Can I follow along?
Definitely. We encourage you to attend. The inspection is a valuable learning experience for most homebuyers.
Do I get a written report? When?
You do receive a written report. The report includes a summary of the condition of the home and details on all the major systems of the home. It is delivered usually the same day and definitely within 24 hours after the inspection.
